The USC-Televés Chair in Microelectronics, led by CiTIUS, launches its training activities with a hands-on course focused on Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for radiofrequency (RF) applications. This practical course will cover everything from theoretical foundations to real-world design, instrumentation, and testing using specialized equipment.

It is aimed at students, professionals and electronics, telecommunications or hardware design enthusiasts interested in exploring the exciting world of RF.

Methodology

  • On-site format, 3 sessions of 4 hours each
  • Practical exercises with PCB design and simulation software
  • Practical introduction to RF instrumentation (participants are advised to bring a laptop with KiCAD installed)

Duration: 12 teaching hours (basic course + advanced extension)
Price: Free activity, fully funded by the USC-Televés Chair
Seats available: 15 participants (first-come, first-served)
