Working conditions
- Contract for up to 4 years to develop your project.
- Approximate gross salary: €130,000/year.
- Additional research funding: up to €1 million.
At the end of this period, you will access a permanent position at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (USC), the institution with the greatest national success in the first edition of this program, having successfully recruited 3 out of the 31 researchers nationwide.

Requirements
Candidates interested in applying to the ATRAE Program must have:
- A doctoral degree, obtained before January 1, 2018.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in foreign research centers between January 1, 2018, and the closing date for applications.
