I have a degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Vigo (2013‚ end of degree award) and a masterʹs degree in Advanced English Studies from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2014‚ end of masterʹs degree award) - both degrees in linguistics. I received my PhD from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 2021 (international PhD‚ summa cum laude)‚ specializing in language processing. My research profile revolves around language psychology‚ experimental evaluation‚ linguistic materials creation‚ data processing and statistical modeling. I have about seven years of experience in the field of cognitive language sciences working in leading state and international laboratories (for example, the Basque Center on Cognition‚ Brain and Language‚ the Cognitive Neuroscience of Language Laboratory at the University of Maryland or the Human Cognition Laboratory at the University of Minho). I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the "Proxecto Nós"‚ where I work on the creation of textual linguistic resources for Galician and their integration in natural language processing tools.
