Thesis presentation: «Electrical optimization and characterization of amorphous silicon thin film pv modules»

Pablo Otero, researcher of the Center and head of PECVD process development at T-Solar company (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition), will read his dissertation next July 22nd. The event will take place  at CiTIUS Assembly Hall, at 12:00.

The results obtained in this thesis were accomplished through the electrical characterization of modules, as well as developing tools for the simulation of a-Si:H solar cells, and optimizing the fabrication processes.
