Doctoral Meeting: 'Modeling and optimization of organic solar cells'
In this work, two experimental organic solar cells (OSCs) were modeled, calibrated, and optimized using the Silvaco Atlas software. These devices were fabricated by our collaborators at Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain). The calibration process ensured an accurate reproduction of the experimental results, while the optimization aimed to enhance device efficiency by exploring key parameters influencing performance.
