‘Get closer to CiTIUS’: Open Day for USC undergraduate and master's degree students
On Thursday 27 April, CiTIUS is holding a conference entirely dedicated to undergraduate and master's degree students at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
Are you interested in Artificial Intelligence and Smart Technologies? The CiTIUS invites the students of the University of Santiago to get to know its research, during a unique day. Take this opportunity to explore first-hand the innovative work of the Singular Centre for Research in Intelligent Technologies of the USC, and meet some of the most outstanding researchers in their respective scientific areas!
We will be waiting for you at our centre next Thursday, 27th April, between 12:00 and 13:30. Come to CiTIUS and discover the different demonstrations we have prepared for you!
The visit will begin with a welcome from the centre's scientific director, Senén Barro, who will give a brief introduction to the scientific work being carried out at Galicia's leading research centre in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
You will then have the opportunity to learn about three highly topical lines of research:
- Engineering and data science in scientific and industrial environments.
- Challenges of reliable artificial intelligence
- Hyperspectral processing for aerial and satellite image analysis.
But that's not all! You can also visit our laboratories and infrastructures, including the robotics laboratory, the microelectronics laboratory and the fascinating Intangible Realities Laboratory (Virtual Reality).
Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of research and technology at CiTIUS! A visit created exclusively for bachelor's and master's degree students, which you can sign up for in less than a minute. We look forward to seeing you at CiTIUS on Thursday 27 April at 12:00!
