PhD Defense: 'Multicriteria Evaluation and Multimethod Analysis for the Selection of Renewable Energies and the Optimization of the Energy Transition in Colombia'

The evaluation of renewable energies is studied through Metaheuristic methods on a global scale in Colombia. The findings and methodologies developed can be applied in similar studies in other regions of Latin America and the world, promoting the advancement of knowledge in energy optimization and sustainability. From a technical and economic perspective, the research provides crucial tools for the electric sector, facilitating more accurate and efficient planning of renewable energy projects.
