Training Program: 'Current Framework of Open Science and BUSC Resources for Its Promotion'
This seminar has a double objective: to raise awareness of the implications of European and national Open Science policies on the career of research staff at USC and, at the same time, the resources and services that BUSC offers to teaching and research staff to develop their research within this framework.
In the first part of the talk, we will focus on presenting the current framework of Open Science at Spanish universities and the policies and requirements in Spain and Europe regarding the publication of research results funded by public funds. Subsequently, we will explain the resources and services that BUSC makes available to PDI for the development of their research, including those related to self-archiving in the institutional repository Minerva and those that enhance the visibility and impact of research.
