III-V Nitride-based optical photovoltaic converters for optical wireless power transmission in air and underwater

We investigated optimum design of superstrate type CsPb(Br0.45Cl0.55)3 photovoltaic power converter by device simulations. The structure of Glass/ TCO/nc-GaN/CsPb(Br0.45Cl0.55)3/Spiro-OMeTAD/Au structure was employed for the simulations. By optimizing the thickness of each layer, nc-GaN doping density, and work function of TCO using Bayesian optimization method, a conversion efficiency of 67.3% was obtained for blue light with a wavelength of 450 nm
