Science and business opportunity join hands at the Networking National Day ‘Investing in Science IS Profitable’

CiTIUS hosted this morning a meeting between research professionals and representatives from the investment sector within the framework of the 4th National Meeting ‘Invertir en Ciencia SÍ es Rentable’, a space designed to strengthen the connection between research, technology transfer and funding in the DeepTech ecosystem.

CiTIUS hosted this morning a meeting between research professionals and representatives from the investment sector within the framework of the 4th National Meeting ‘Invertir en Ciencia SÍ es Rentable’, designed to strengthen the connection between research, technology transfer and funding in the DeepTech ecosystem.

The session forms part of the 4th National Meeting ‘Invertir en Ciencia SÍ es Rentable’, an initiative promoted by UNIRISCO aimed at consolidating bridges between scientific knowledge and specialised capital. Following the welcome reception and an initial networking coffee, the centre’s auditorium brought together research staff, investors, startups and spin-offs in a session designed to encourage direct dialogue and explore collaboration opportunities.

CiTIUS Scientific Director Senén Barro opened the session, highlighting the need to strengthen knowledge transfer as a strategic driver of technological development.
