Marcos García González

I got a degree on Portuguese Philology at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) and a Master in Linguistics at the University of Lisbon. In 2014 I finished my PhD at the USC, specializing in Computational Linguistics. Between 2016 and 2020 I worked as a postdoctoral researcher (Juan de la Cierva fellowship) at LyS Group (UdC).

I have worked in different areas of Computational Linguistics, such as syntactic and morphosyntactic annotation, information extraction and distributional semantics. Currently, my main research interest is the identification and classification of multiword expressions.
