Nicolás Vilela Pérez

I graduated in Computer Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) in 2023 and, subsequently, in 2024, I obtained a Master's Degree in Big Data Analysis Technologies at the same university.

My research at CiTIUS focuses on the processing of multi and hyperspectral remote sensing images, specifically on the development of deep learning-based classification techniques. One practical application is the identification of various types of plant species and observable elements in these types of images.
