Gamification for recruitment
The objective of the project is to improve the computational analysis of the curricular information of candidates in a selection process. With this aim, a consultancy action will be develop to advise to the firm about the better strategies for the automatic extraction of the information of the candidates, and for the development of solutions for classifying the candidates using multiple criteria.
Objectives
The objectives of the project are the following:
- To advise the firm in the integration process of the CiTIUS technology ADEGA as a semantic annotation engine.
- To advise the firm in the development and integration of natural language processing techniques to improve the annotation and the linking of recruitment texts.
- To advise the firm in the development of new multi-objective algorithms based on soft computing techniques for the classification of new candidates.
