TeTXT: Network of Geospatial technologies for the management of the territory
The network is composed of research groups that develops their activity in complementary and specialized geospatial technologies Nowadays, the network is composed of three groups of the University of Santiago de Compostela and two groups of the University of A Coruña.
Objectives
The objective of the networks is to provide information, services and products for the intelligent management of the territory in the following activity sectors:
- Infrastructures and territory management: tools for the management of infrastructures, council planning, risk management, etc.
- Information society: tools for the improvement of the information flows for the exploitation of data, management and commercialization of the physical resources and for promoting the citizen participation.
- Energy and communications: exploitation of biomass, design of transport and network lines, analysis of the efficiency of the transport, etc.
