Paula López Martínez

PhD in Physics, Professor of Electronics and deputy director of CiTIUS (Singular Research Centre on Intelligent Technologies of the University of Santiago de Compostela - USC). Since June 2024, I am the Director of the Televés Microelectronics Chair at the USC.

My research interests include the design of mixed signal integrated circuits particularly CMOS image sensors and energy harvesters for biomedical applications, and the physical modeling of electronic devices. As a result, I have authored or coauthored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers in these areas. I have also participated in the organization of several national and international conferences. I am an IEEE Senior member and Secretary of the Sensory Systems Technical Committee of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CAS). I have served as Treasury of the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Spain from 2006 to 2008.
